摘要
采用有限元法对大压下量轧制工艺下,轧件表面折皱的产生进行了模拟分析,找到了工艺参数对轧件质量的影响规律,经过对原工艺参数进行调整,达到了降低钢材表面折皱缺陷的目的。
The surface crease presenting in rolling with large percent reduction is simulated with finite element method, the law that process parameters affect rolling quality is found out. After adjusting parameters the crease got greatly improved.
