The Asymmetric Organocatalytic Combination in Green Chemistry

摘要 介绍了绿色化学和原子经济性的重要概念,及通过不对称催化合成单一对映体的研究趋势;简单介绍了一些重要的有机反应中涉及的有机催化方法,并对其放大应用的评价标准作了初步总结;展望了有机催机的发展前景. In this paper, the important concepts of Green Chemistry, Atom Economy, and the research trend of obtaining enantiomerically pure organic compounds through asymmetric catalysis were discussed; some novel organocatalysts employed for significant organic reactions were introduced briefly; the main criteria for assessing an organocatalysis for a large-scale process was simply summarized; and finally, the prospects of organocatalysis were given.
