82名社区病人心理健康状况调查与分析

Investigation of Psychological Status on 82 Clinical Patients in Community Hospitals

通过采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对82名社区门诊病人的心理健康状况进行调查,与国内常模相比较,总体心理健康状况较好,除躯体化因子外,各因子分未见显著增高,但症状较轻的阳性项目数较高。社区卫生服务仍应重视心理卫生教育和疏导,以维护和增进社区病人的身心健康。

The investigation was carried out on 82 clinical patients in community hospitals by applying SCL-90. Compared to the domestic norms, the psychological status on general is good; the scores of all factors in the factors in the scale had no significant increase except for the body factors. However, the number of the slight positive items was a bit high. The corresponding emphasis should still be put to strengthen psychological counseling to keep and promote the physical and mental health of the community patients.
