入院前心理咨询对护患关系的影响

Effects of Pre-admission Psychological Counselling on Nurse-Patient Relationship

目的探讨入院前心理咨询对护患关系改善的影响。方法将217例初次住院腰椎间盘突出症患者按住院单双号分为对照组及试验组,对试验组患者在入院前进行心理咨询,对照组患者按常规入院护理。比较两组护患关系改善情况。结果试验组患者护理依从性、护理满意度均显著高于对照组,护患矛盾较对照组明显降低,P<0.05。结论入院前心理咨询是改善护患关系的有效模式,可以有效预防护患纠纷的发生。

Objective To investigate the effects of pre-admission psychological counselling on nursepatient relationship. Methods Two hundreds and seventeen patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation admitted to hospital for the first time were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. Psychological counselling was conducted to the patients in the experimental group before their admission. Routine admission nursing care was provided in the control group. And the change of nurse-patient relationship was compared between two groups. Results The degree of patients＇ compliance and satisfaction with nursing care in the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group, while nurse-patient conflict was significantly less. Conclusions Pre-admission psychological counselling is an effective method to improve nurse-patient relationship and prevent nurse-patient disputes.
