牛津大学的导师制对我国高校教学方式改革的启示 被引量：16

摘要 以在牛津大学研修期间所获得的资料为依据,对导师制的基本内容、特点和借鉴意义作了阐述,强调了其中合理的教学理念,并分析了导师制对我国目前高校教学方式改革的有益启示。
