摘要
目的对复方罗布麻片(Ⅱ)的质量标准进行改进。方法采用薄层色谱法对复方罗布麻片(Ⅱ)中的罗布麻与野菊花进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对复方罗布麻片(Ⅱ)中的粉防己碱进行含量测定。结果薄层色谱鉴别方法专属性强;含量测定粉防己碱在1.230￣9.84μg/mL范围内线性良好。平均回收率为98.3%;RSD分别为0.32%。结论所建立的方法可准确、可靠,可用于该制剂质量标准的提高。
Objective To improve the quality standard of Compound Kendir tablets. Methods Dogbane Herb and Wild-chrysanthemum were identified by TLC, and the contents of tetrandrine in Compound Kendir tablets were determinated by HPLC. Results The identification methods is exclusive. The calibration curves of tetrandrine has good linear in the range of 1.230-9.84 μ g·L^-1. The average recovery is 98.3 % and RSD is 0.32 %. Conclusion This method is accurate and quick, it can be applied to quality control of Compound Kendir tablets（Ⅱ）.
