复方鱼腥草薄膜衣片质量标准研究

Study on the Quality Standards for Fufang Yuxingcao Tablets

目的制订复方鱼腥草薄膜衣片质量标准。方法采用TLC法鉴别连翘和金银花;采用HPLC法测定黄芩苷含量。结果在TLC色谱中能检出连翘苷和绿原酸,在HPLC测定黄芩苷在10.5～210.0μg/mL范围内呈线性良好关系(r=0.9999),,平均回收率98.02±1.75%,RSD为1.78%。结论定性定量方法简便准确,能有效控制复方鱼腥草片的质量。

Objective To establish the quality standards of Fufang Yuxingcao tablets. Methods Fructus Forsythiae and Flos Lonicerae were indentified by TLC, and baicalin was determined by HPLC in Fufang Yuxingcao tablets. Results Forsythin and Chlorogenic acid could be detected by TLC. Baicalin had a good liner relationship in the range of 10.5- 210.0 μg/mL （ r =0.999 9） .The average recovery was 98.02%4- 1.75% with RSD of 1.78%. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate with a strong specificity, and can be used for quality control of Fufang Yuxingcao tablets.
