摘要
随着新的超声造影剂及声学技术的发展,对肝脏病变的超声诊断进入了一个全新的阶段,超声造影已经提高了早期诊断肝硬化及肝硬化结节背景下小肝癌的准确性,本文就超声造影在肝硬化诊断中的作用作一综述。
With the development of new ultrasound contrast agents and sonographic techniques, ultrasound diagnosis for liver deseases has entered a new stage. Contrast-enhanced ultrasound （CEUS） has considerably improved the accuracy of diagnosis of earlier period cirrhosis and small hepatocellular carcinomas in cirrhotic patients. This overview is given on the role of contrast-enhanced ultrasound for liver cirrhosis diagnosis.
