Epidemic and Control Strategy on Nosocomial Outbreak of Norovirus Gastroenteritis

摘要 诺如病毒是导致人类急性病毒性胃肠炎的主要病原,易引起医院感染暴发流行。本文结合诺如病毒的病原学特点,阐述了诺如病毒胃肠炎医院感染暴发的流行病学特征及临床表现,并据此进一步探讨了诺如病毒胃肠炎医院感染暴发的预防与控制措施。 Noroviruses are the leading cause of acute viral gastroenteritis in human beings and frequently cause the outbreaks of nosocomial infections. Based on the pathogenic characteristics of noroviruses, this article describes the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of norovirus gastroenteritis outbreak in hospital and explores the measures to prevent and control the nosocomial outbreak.
