胃癌及其癌前病变的临床研究进展

Advances in Clinical Research on Gastric Carcinoma and its Precancerous Lesion

胃癌内镜形态与病理类型之间的关联已逐步阐明,依据早期胃癌的形态鉴别其组织分化类型已成为可能。上皮内瘤变作为胃癌的癌前病变,其进展至胃癌的概率不一,但高级别上皮内瘤变与胃癌的关系密切。近年来发布的一系列国际诊断标准初步解决了胃黏膜活检组织的病理学评价这一难题。本文就上述几个方面的研究现状作一概述。

The relationship between endoscopic morphology and pathological type of gastric cancer has been gradually clarified, making it possible to predict the histological type of early gastric cancer on the basis of endoscopic appearance. The intraepithelial neoplasia is the precancerous lesion of gastric cancer, which may develop to gastric cancer, but the probability varies. It is well-known that the high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia is closely associated with gastric cancer. A series of international consensus has preliminarily solved the problem of pathological evaluation based on gastric mueosal biopsy specimens. This article reviewed the current status of research on the above-mentioned subject.
