摘要
胰腺癌是一种早期症状隐匿、进展迅速、预后极差的恶性肿瘤。临床迫切需要寻找胰腺癌的早期诊断标记物和新的治疗靶点,以延长患者生存期。组织芯片是一种新型高通量分析技术,具有样本量大、高效、快速等特点。本文对组织芯片在胰腺癌研究,包括肿瘤标记物筛选、发病机制和预后分析、鉴别诊断、寻找治疗靶点中的应用现状作一综述。
Pancreatic carcinoma is a most devastating cancer with insidious early symptom, rapid progression and poor prognosis. Early diagnostic markers and novel therapeutic targets are instant requirement for improving the survival of these patients. Tissue microarray is a novel high-throughput technique that facilitates the analysis of large number of tissues with high efficiency. This article reviewed the current status of tissue microarray in the study of pancreatic carcinoma, including screening of tumor markers, analysis of pathogeuesis and prognosis, differential diagnosis and seeking of novel therapeutic targets.
