高校提高创新型人才培养水平,是时代的要求,也是实现全面建设小康社会奋斗目标的新要求之一。高校提高创新型人才培养水平是一项系统工程,需要构建创新型人才培养模式,但课堂教学是关键。文章以思想政治理论课为例,贯彻课堂教学有序性和无序性相结合的教学理念,从改革课堂教学模式视角对高校如何提高创新型人才培养水平进行了深入探究。

It is not only the requirements of the times, but also one of the new requests of realizing the objective of comprehensive construction of a well-off society that the university improves the level of training innovative talented students. It is also a system engineering that calls for structuring the training pattern of innovative talented persons. But it is the key that teachers lecture in the classroom. So the author takes the ideological and political theory course as example, puts teaching philosophy of integration of disorderly and orderly on classroom teaching into effect, and explores deeply from the angle of the reform of classroom teaching mode that how to enhance the level of training innovative talented person.
