摘要 速滑运动员小肌肉群力量不足,会影响到其技术水平的形成与发挥。为了解决速滑运动员小肌肉群力量不足的问题,结合速度滑冰运动项目特点,提出了利用动力性训练法、动静结合法、衰竭法、意念训练法等方法,并详细介绍了具体操作手段和注意事项,促进速滑运动员提高小肌肉群力量。经过有计划的小肌肉群力量训练,发现速滑运动员不但小肌肉群力量有大幅度的增长,而且运动员在训练和比赛中伤病的发生率也大大减少。速滑运动员小肌肉群力量训练方法上的再创新,既提高了速滑运动员的专项技术能力,也使常年枯燥的训练得到了有效的改善。通过有针对性的小肌肉群力量训练,能促进速滑运动员运动成绩的提高。 Poor strength of a speed skater's small muscle group can influence his technical performance. Considering the speciality of speed skating, the article puts forward some methods such as dynamic strength training, dynamic and static integrated strength training, exhausted strength training, idiodynamic strength training against the problem about the poor strength of small muscle group. For better increasing the strength of small muscle group, it also detailedly indicates the related running means and notices. After a planned strength training of small muscle group, it finds out that the skaters not only have a wider strength increase of small muscle group, but also have a notable decrease of sports injury incident in training and competition. A new innovation of small muscle group strength training may improve the speed skaters" special technical capability and also have an effec- tive improvement against the perennial boring training. Through a planned strength training of small muscle group, a speed skater~ achievement can be advanced.
