摘要
根据Superpave的设计方法,结合赤峰—通辽高速公路(下洼-通辽段)工程实际,从原材料选择、配合比设计、施工过程控制等方面对沥青混合料下面层Superpave-19的应用实例进行探讨。通过高速公路施工来评价运用沥青混合料设计方法的可行性和可操作性。实验数据表明,Superpave沥青混合料在中面层施工中有较好的路用性能,可以推广使用。
Evaluate the feasibility and operability of marshall mixture design method through the construction of Superpave for Chi-Tong Expressway(Xiawa-Tongliao). The methods for Superpave asphalt mix de- sign was the using of gyration compaction specimen shaping to design composition of asphalt mixture, ac- cording to initial designing asphalt mixture and the compactness of the maximum gyratory compaction time as well as porosity, voids in mineral aggregate , filling ratio of the asphalt and the ratio of filler to effective asphalt of designing compaction times. The experience data show that road performance of Superpave bituminous mixture in middle pavement construction is better to be worth expanding application
