针对昆明市公交水平发展不高的问题,从公交运营服务水平角度出发,建立相应的评价指标体系,采用层次分析—模糊评价方法对其进行了评价,并结合实际提出改进措施。

Kunming city implements bus priority strategies in the urban transport construction based on the modernization of the original public transportation systems. The aim is to improve public transport service standards and accessibility instead of the car use. But the city＇s bus operating level of service is still low, the residents of the transit level of service satisfaction is not high. According to the low level of Kunming bus＇s development issues, it establishes the corresponding evaluation index system from the view of bus operating level of service. And evaluates based on the level of analysisfuzzy methods. Then combined with the reality, it provides the countermeasures.
