Speeding up the transportation shipping industry development along with our country, enlarging to the transportation infrastructure investment dynamics, the road infrastructure has realized the leap frog development. Through the cost active control, we may reduce the project construction cost, so to increase the profit. This paper on the highway department applies the relevant cost management theories, the highway department project cost management has been studied. The paper has mainly analyzed the male bureau cost management system movement present situation and the existing cost management system questions.
