摘要
从强调教师教育到关注教师学习,蕴含着教师发展观和发展方式的变化。在教师学习视野中,听说评课是教师学习的基本场域,蕴含着教师学习的多种可能形态。在个体学习意义上,包括通过"在行动中的反思"发生的学习、对他人直接经验或反思性经验的学习与通过"对行动的反思"发生的学习;在团体学习意义上,包括单环路学习与双环路学习。
The thoughts and approaches of teacher development have changed in the paradigm transform from teacher education to teacher learning. Teaching feedback system is the fundamental field of teacher learning in the perspective of teacher learning. The system includes various potential forms of teacher learning: a) individual learning, including learning by reflection in action, learning of other's direct or reflective experience, and learning by reflection on action: b)team learning, including single-loop learning and double-loop learning.
