目前许多高职院校的大学生由于各种原因导致了一系列心理问题,而心理健康教育还未能在学生中充分渗透,加之学校心理健康教育队伍的相对薄弱,班主任成为学生心理辅导义不容辞的中坚力量。

Many undergraduates have some mental diseases in higher vocational colleges,but the mentality health education haven＇ t developed broadly there. Besides this, the mentality health education staff is relatively weak. So the class advisors should be the important strength for the students＇ mental health.
