校企合作人才培养模式的实践——以苏州建设交通高等职业技术学校为例

Implementation on Mode of Training the School-business Cooperation Talents

在学校与企业之间建立良好的互惠关系,开展多层次的合作办学,对职业学校的专业建设起着举足轻重的作用。我校通过开展丰田"T-TEP"、德国"双元制"、德国"博世"等合作项目,引进了国外优秀课程体系及教材、更新了专业课程内容,促进了学校"双师型"教师队伍的建设与发展,密切了学校与企业的联系。

It plays a decisive role in the specialized construction of vocational school to establish a good mutual-benefit relation between the school and the enterprise and to develop the multi-level cooperative education. By the cooperative projects, such as ＂T-TEP＂ with Toyota, Germany ＂Binary cellsystem＂, Germany ＂Bosch＂ ,etc.Our school has been introduced the overseas excellent curriculum system and teaching materials, renewed the specialized course contents, promoted the construction and development of＂the-double-teacher＂ teachers group and acted in close coordination.
