摘要
应用DEFORM软件对半轴套管成形过程进行数值模拟,分析了金属在成形过程中各种场量的变化,对不同成形方案金属流动情况(或填充性)进行了预测,确定了最优的成形工艺和合理的模具结构。研究结果能够用来指导工艺实践,从而缩短产品开发周期,提高产品质量。
Applying software DEFORM, the forming process has been analyzed for axle shaft sleeve. The conversion of fields during the process of metal forming was investigated and the tendency of metallic optimization forming technology and the reasonable structure of dies. The simulation result can the period of the new product is reduced,and the axle shaft sleeve＇s quality is enhanced. flow was forecasted. Confirm instruct the technology practice.
