Problems on the Building of the Faculty in the Newly-established University and It's Countermeasures

在高等教育大众化背景下,新建本科院校应以科学发展观为指导,加强师资队伍建设。本文分析了新建本科院校师资队伍的现状及存在问题,提出了加强师资队伍建设的对策。

With the background of mass higher education, the newly- established university should adopt the scientific development concept as the guidanee, strengthening the building of university faculty. This paper analyzed the major problems existing in the faculty of the newly--established university and put forward some countermeasures to strengthen the building of the faculty.
