2008年1～3月我院急诊处方用药分析

Analysis of Prescriptions for Emergency in Our Hospital from January to March 2008

目的:了解我院急诊科贯彻《处方管理办法》(简称《办法》)情况,为进一步提高用药水平提供依据。方法:对急诊科《办法》实施前和实施后处方进行汇总,分别统计分析其中含注射剂处方比率,抗菌药物的比率,激素的比率,使用基本药物比率,抗菌药物联合用药情况等。结果:《办法》实施后急诊处方中每张处方用药品种数为2.9,基本药物占处方用药的百分率为70.3%,药品通用名占处方用药的百分率为100%,抗菌药物使用率,激素使用率分别为41.63%,19.78%,比实施前分别下降5.34%,2.0%,而注射剂使用率为91.41%,比实施前上升了1.83%,结论:急诊科执行了《办法》,但在注射剂使用中还存在使用率过高的现象。对此应采取一定措施,加强医护人员合理用药意识,并与医院部分制度改革措施相配套,提高临床合理用药水平。

Objective： To have a knowledge of the basic situation of carrying out the ＂Rule of Management of Prescription＂（＂Rule＂） for emergency department in our hospital and give a discipline for a further progress of the use of drug.Method： Collect all the prescriptions that contains the prescriptions when the “Rule” was not carried out and the prescriptions when the “Rule” was carried out,and then calculate and analyse the rate of prescripuions of injection, antibacterial, incretion, the use of basic drug, the consolidated use of antibacterial. Results： After the “Rule” was carried out,the kind of every prescription in prescription of emergency of drug was 2.9,and the percentage of basic drug in the use drug in prescription is 70.3%,and the percentage of the general name of drug is 100%, The rate of use of antibacterial and incretion was 41.63% and 19.78%, which decrease 5.34% and 2.0% than the “Rule” was carried out, but the rate of injection increases 1.83%.Conclusions： The emergency department of our hospital was very good. But there was a too high rate of the use of injection. Therefore, some measures must be adopted to strengthen the sense of the rational use of drug and raise the level of clinic rational use of drug. which must be associated with the reforcement of rule of hospital.
