二磷酸盐抗肿瘤作用研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 二磷酸盐(bisphosphonate,BPs)是一类焦磷酸类似物,与焦磷酸不同的是以P—C—P键代替焦磷酸盐中P—C—P键(见图),这种变化改变了二磷酸盐的体内代谢过程,使其可以抵抗水解酶的降解,而保持一定的稳定性。1968年根据其具有显著的抑制烃基磷酸钙结晶溶解的生物特性,用于骨代谢疾病的治疗。目前,BPs已经发展到第三代(表1),广泛用于恶性骨疾病尤其是骨质疏松和恶性肿瘤骨转移的治疗。
