痛经舒口服液对痛经大鼠血液流变学及子宫组织PGF_2a含量的影响

The Effect of Tongjingshu Oral Liquid on Hemorheology of Dysmenorrhea Rates and PGF_2a of Uterine Tissues

目的:观察痛经舒口服液治疗痛经的作用及作用机制。方法:采用缩宫素所致的大鼠类痛经模型,观察痛经舒口服液对痛经大鼠血液流变学的影响。观察痛经舒口服液对缩宫素所致的痉挛状态的子宫平滑肌中前列腺素F_2a(PGF_2a)含量。结果:痛经舒口服液可改善痛经大鼠血液流变性,降低全血粘度值及红细胞聚集指数。离体实验结果显示痛经舒,口服液显著抑制了雌性大鼠子宫平滑肌的自发活动及缩宫素引起的痉挛收缩,使子宫平滑肌前列腺素F_2a含量下降,结论:痛经舒口服液具有抗痛经之功效,对大鼠原发性痛经有保护作用。

Objective： To investigate the effect of Tongjingshu oral liquid on anti-dysmenorrhea and its mechanism. Method： The effect of Tongjingshu oral liquid on hemorheology of dysmenorrhca rates was observed by adopting the rats model of oxytocin-induced dysmenorrheal.The contents of prostaglandin F2a in uterine smooth muscle in the state of spasticity induced by Tongjingshu oral liquid was examind. Results： Tongjingshu oral liquid can improve tat blood rheology and decrease the value of whole blood viscosity as well as red blood cell aggregation index. The results of vitro experiment indicated that Tongjingshu oral liquid obviously restrained spontaneous activities of uterine smooth muscle in female rats and spasticity and contraction induced by oxytocin, which reduced the contents of prostaglandin F2a in uterine smooth muscle. Conclusions：Tongjingshu oral liquid has obvious anti-dysmenorrhea effect and can protect the rats from primary dysmenoirhea.
