Reason of Pain and the Method of Nursing Care after Finger Replanted

目的:探讨断指再植手术后疼痛的原因及护理方法。方法:对110例单指再植手术的患者疼痛的原因及护理方法进行回顾性分析。疼痛时针对不同病人,不同程度,不同时期采用不同的护理对策。结果:疼痛的主要原因有:创伤、炎症、神经性、急性缺血等。护理对策:包括告知患者有关疼痛知识,护士主动参于疼痛护理,掌握各期疼痛护理的对策,病房环境设置、做好心理护理和基础护理。结论:疼痛护理的关健是根据患者具体情况分析原因,及时采取护理措施。

Objective： To explore the reason of pain and the method of nursing care after Finger replanted. Method： Reviwed the reason of pain and the method of nursing care of 110 patients whose single finger was peplanted used different nursing care to different patient when who was pain in different degree and in different time. Results： The main reason of the pain were trauma, inflammation,nerve, such as acute ischemia. Conservation measures include： inform patients of the pain of knowledge, nurses take the initiative to the Senate in pain care, acquire all of the pain care measures, ward environment settings, good psychological care and basic care. Conclusions：The key of the pain care was the accordance with specific circumstances of reasons and take pain care in time.
