Application of the Nurse Quantification Examination in the Nursing Management

目的:通过实行护士量化考核制度,提升护士素质,促进护理质量的提高。方法:就素质管理、工作质量管理、消毒隔离管理、业务考核、劳动纪律五个方面对病区护士每月进行量化考核。结果:实施护士量化考核后,病区护理质量有了明显提高。结论:通过护士量化考核,使护理人员看到了自己的差距和不足,学习态度和服务理念明显改变,使以病人为中心的服务宗旨得以,病人满意程度明显上升,实现了护理管理的服务理念和最终目标。

Objective： To enhance the qualities of nurses and to promote the improvement of quality of care by using the nurse quantification examination system. Method： To carry out nurse quantification examination in the ward every month with five aspects of quality management, quality management of work, management of sterilization and isolation,business activities examination and physical labor discipline. Results： The quality of care in ward have been promoted obviously after practicing the examination institution of nurse qualification. Conclusions：Through nurse quantification examination system, the nursing staff has noticed the disparity and deficiencies and the study attitude and service principle be changed boviously, and the service purpose of patient-centered was embodied and the satisvaction degree of patients was promoted obviously .At last we can carry out service principle and final target of nursing management.
