手外伤患者健康知识认知及健康教育需求方式调查分析与对策

The Investigation Analysis and Strategy of Healthy Cognition and Health Education Needs in Hand Injury Patients

目的:了解手外伤患者健康认知情况及需求方式。方法:自制问卷表在入院3天,采用问卷调查,问卷当场收回。结果:手外伤患者对健康认知率较低,知识掌握比较浮浅,健康教育方式需求排在前2位是个别指导与专题讲座,有待于护理人员不断学习,正确引导。结论:健康教育工作要制度化,加强护理人员健康教育知识培训,开展健康教育时,把握患者对健康教育认识情况及需求方式,因人施教。

Objective： To know the healthy cognition and health education needs of hand injury patients. Method：Questionnaires were answered by pantients after 3 days of admission, and taken back on the spot. Results： The level of healthy cognition is low and health knowledge is quite superficial, the most tow ways of health education needs are individual guidance and lecture, which needs nurses to study constantly and guide correctly. Conclusions： Health education should be institutionalized and training for nurses should be enhanced. When carry out the health education, we need to know the healthy cognition and way of need for health education of every patient,and do it accordingly.
