研究农村妇女在当今的思潮影响和时代背景下,参与乡村管理的现状、问题及成因。阐述影响农村妇女参与乡村管理的因素,重新审视农村妇女参与乡村公共管理对建设社会主义新农村的影响,提出促进农村妇女参与乡村管理的指导性意见,以利于实现性别平等,更进一步促进社会主义新农村建设和构建和谐社会。

This paper has made a research on the current situation, problems and causes of country women＇s taking part into village administration under nowadays thoughts influence in the new era. The author has analyzed the factors that influence country women＂ taking part into village administration, re--examined the influence of country women taking part into village administration upon construction of new socialist country, and produced some guiding suggestions to promote women＇s participation into village administration so as to realize gender equality and promote the construction of new socialist country and building of harmonious society.
