初中学生自卑心理状况调查

摘要 初中学生在生活和学习的过程产生矛盾,引起心理冲突,造成心理压力,在个体认知与现实之间产生心理对抗,这些矛盾激化的结果,容易阻碍学生自尊心的健康发展,产生自卑心理。自卑心理既影响学生的学习、生活、工作与社会交往,长期的自卑状态可能人格化,使学生的发展受到阻碍,直接影响初中学生的身心健康。因此,我们要抓好源头,就尤其要关注初中学生自尊心理问题,并对自卑心理采取相应的辅导策略。 Junior middle school students, in the process of life and study, often produce frictions and leads to psychological confrontation as to form psychological pressure, which will form psychological confrontation between individual cognition and reality. When'these contradictions develop to some certain level, they will prevent students' self--esteem from developing healthily and form inferiority psychology, which will influence students' study, life, work and social com- munication. Long--term inferiority status will personalize and prevent students' development and do great harm to their physical and psychological health. It is very necessary for us to pay much attention to junior middle school students" inferiority and take some relevant tutoring measures against inferiority.
