脱蜡助滤剂在溶剂脱蜡中应用效果的研究

Application Effects of Filter Aids for Dewaxing in Solvent Dewaxing

考察了溶剂脱蜡中不同脱蜡助滤剂对抚顺石化公司石油一厂各段减压馏分油脱蜡效果的影响。结果表明:RohMax 公司 Viscoplex 系列脱蜡助滤剂对各段减压馏分油助滤效果不明显;润英联公司 R-192脱蜡助滤剂应用时,过滤速度略提高;石油科学研究院 RFA-6104脱蜡助滤剂对减五线馏分油的脱蜡助滤效果显著,其加量为400 μg/g 时,过滤速度提高了55%,脱蜡油收率提高了1.1%。

The effects of different filter aids for dewaxing on solvent dewaxing process of various reduced pressure distillate oils were investigated. The results showed that Viscoplex series filter aids had few effects, that R - 192 aid increased slightly filtration velocity, and that RFA -6104 filter aid had good filtration effects. The filtration velocity was increased 55% and dewaxing oil yield was increased 1.1% when the content of RFA - 6104 was 400 μg/g.
