摘要
汶川大地震引发的灾难,使我们不得不对城市建筑进行一些认真地思考.根据隔震结构的特点,介绍隔震结构体系全寿命的费用构成;从建筑全寿命的角度探讨隔震结构的费用效益,通过定性因素定量化的分析方法,提出将隔震结构全寿命费用化作以结构全寿命中各影响因素为变量的相关函数,运用函数模糊计算隔震结构全寿命费用;同时,对实际隔震结构进行算例分析,并与相同结构功能及平面布置下的普通框架结构进行全寿命成本分析对比,讨论隔震结构全寿命费用计算方法的可行性.分析表明:提出的隔震结构全寿命费用的计算方法能够满足实际工程的需要,补充和完善了隔震结构全寿命工程经济效益的分析与计算方法,关于隔震结构的研究及推广也将为灾后重建起到积极的作用.
The paper presented the composition of life cycle cost based on the features of isolated structure. In view of the life cycle cost , the paper studied the cost benefit of the isolated structure. The theory on correlation function of variables of the influencing factors was put forward. The ambiguity function was put forward for calculating the life cycle cost of i- solated structure through the qualitative-quantitative method. At the same time ,the analysis of examples were studied on actual isolated building and compared with frame building,the same structure function and layout as the isolated building. The calculation method was put forward according to the study of the life cycle cost on the isolated structure aud the method will improve the analysis of economic benefit of isolated structure.
