在深入研究了国家有关中小学重大政策、措施的基础上,对新时期及未来人口出生率的变化趋势、适龄入学人口数量等进行了研究,结合汉中市勉县中小学教育发展情况、当地地形、地貌特点及5·12地震对勉县中小学教育设施的破坏情况,进行了勉县5·12震后中小学布局调整方案的探讨.其中关于山区县中小学布局调整的原则、适龄入学人口数量及中小学规模的计算方法,对我国与勉县相类似的山区县进行中小学布局调整具有借鉴意义.

This paper discusses layout adjustment programs of post-earthquake after 5 · 12 of the primary and secondary for Mianxian by that detailed studied the major policies and measures of the national for the primary and secondary schools and researches on the future trend of the birth rate and the number of school-age population in the new era, be combined with primary and secondary education development of Mianxian and the local terrain and landscape feature and the destruction of primary and secondary education facilities of Mianxian after 5 · 12-depth earthquake in Hanzhong City. About the principle of hill district primary and secondary schools adjust the layout and the algorithm of school-age population and the scale of primary and secondary schools which have use for reference for the country similar to Mianxian＇s primary and secondary school in the mountain districts for the adjustment of layout planning.
