今年是中国改革开放30周年,三十年改革探索和实践,带来了中国社会的历史性巨变,社会主义逐步走上了一条成熟理性的发展道路。本文以世界社会主义运动史为背景,从历史、现实和未来三个层面,探究了改革开放和中国特色社会主义的实践历程和价值取向,一是从历史看,改革开放是摆脱思想束缚,对传统社会主义的创新;二是从现实来看,改革开放是基于现阶段基本国情,对社会主义的中国特色再造;三是从面向未来看,中国特色社会主义是开创性的事业,当代中国和世界正在发生历史性深刻变化,改革开放仍是一个不断探索、深化对社会主义认识,推进社会主义理论创新和制度创新的过程。

This year is the 30th Anniversary of China＇s Reform and Opening up. Chinese have witnessed the tremendous changes to china＇s society and the socialism has gradually stepped onto a mature and reasonable developing road after 30 years＇ exploration and practice. This thesis, with world socialist movement history as its background, studies from the prospects of history, reality and future, the practicing process and value orientation of reform and opening up and socialism with Chinese characteristics. Viewed from the history, reform and opening up is to shake off the ideological bindings and innovate the traditional socialism; From the point of reality, reform and opening up is the reconstruction to Socialism with Chinese characteristics based on the current national situation; From the prospective of facing future, reform and opening up is a cause with creativity and a process requiring constant exploration, deepening the understanding on socialism, pushing forward the innovation of socialism theory and system as the modern China and world are undergoing historical and significant changes.
