摘要
本文对我国高校辅导员队伍建设需要解决的几个问题作了探讨,认为清晰的角色定位是这一建设的前提和基础,辅导员工作的职业化、专业化,是这一建设的发展趋势与目标方向,而构建一个科学有效的辅导员选配机制、考核机制以及激励机制,则是这一建设的重要保障和内容。
This thesis studies the issues to be settled in instructor group construction in China's colleges and universities and argues that clear understanding on instructor's role orientation serves the premise and basis of its construction, and professionalization and specialization of instructor's work is the developing tendency and target of the construction while constructing a scientific effective selection and assignment, evaluation and incentive mechanism is the assurance and important content of the construction.
