摘要
详细分析了2008年1月2日乌鲁木齐"1.2"德汇国际广场火灾扑救纪实后,结合多年来扑救此类火灾的经验、教训,阐述了扑救此类火灾如何调集力量和疏散与救人、控火与排险、总攻灭火的用兵及注意问题。
Based on the analysis of Urumqi＇ 1 · 2 fire disaster fire rescue, and on the practice of fire rescues of the same kind, this paper explains the lessons, the control and rescue of this kind of fire disastering, and also makes some significant suggestions regarding firemen diapatching, the population evacuation and the fire rescue.
