小湾水电站左岸缆机供料平台布置与结构设计 被引量:3

摘要 左岸缆机供料平台位于左岸坝肩1 245.0 m高程,是左岸混凝土拌和系统及缆机供料重要的施工平台。供料平台分上、中、下游3个区段布置,其中中间区段跨越左岸坝肩槽(推力墩)设置钢栈桥形成。由于栈桥宽度较大,桥面系刚度也较大,设计中对荷载横向分布分别按简支梁法和弹性支座上的连续梁法进行了计算。栈桥结构设计充分体现了钢结构制作工艺简单、安装、拆除便利,且可重复利用等特点,经过运行使用效果良好。 The cable conveyor feeding platform located on left abutment at El. 1245.0 m is a critical construction platform for concrete mixing system and cable conveyor feeding on left bank, consisting of upstream, middle and downstream sections. A steel trestle is provided on the middle section across the left abutment slot (thrust pier). In view of the wider trestle and higher rigidness of trestle surface, transverse distribution of loads is calculated by simple support beam method and the method of continuous beams on elastic support. The structural design of trestle is characterized by simple fabrication, convenient installation and dismantling as well as reusing of steel structures. The operation results are good.
