水电建设项目投资的有效控制是水电建设管理的重要组成部分。就工程项目建设而言,投资控制贯穿于项目建设的全过程,重点是工程项目的优化设计。
Effective control of investment in a hydropower project is an important part of hydropower construction management. As for project construction, investment control shall be performed through the whole construction process, with optimum design of the project as the focal point.
