文章对梳棉机盖板负荷和自由纤维量及锡林与盖板分梳交替作用、盖板的除杂作用进行了细致的讨论。分析了针布种类,锡林和盖板速度、运转时间等条件对上述作用的影响,并对锡林与盖板间的梳理过程及其作用的规律进行了总结。

The flat load, free fiber content, alternative carding action of cylinder and flat, and the impurity removal function of flat are clearly discussed. Impacts of clothing variety, cylinder and flat speed, operation time on functions above are also analyzed. Furthermore, the carding process and function law between the area of cylinder and flat are summarized.
