两种方法制备改性聚苯乙烯材料的研究

摘要 采用原位聚合法和共混掺杂法制备稀土铽配合物改性聚苯乙烯(PS)材料,利用紫外光谱、荧光光谱、环境扫描电镜等手段对其进行表征.研究结果表明,原位聚合法制备的改性聚苯乙烯的紫外吸收峰强度和宽度明显高于共混法掺杂的改性PS;荧光光谱测试发现原位聚合法制备的材料呈现很强的稀土Tb离子的特征荧光,而用共混掺杂法的改性PS没有出现Tb离子的特征荧光,只有苯环的发射峰;在共混掺杂的改性PS材料的断裂面上有聚集态颗粒,而原位聚合的改性PS材料断面无聚集体,呈均匀分布微观形貌. The modified polystyrene materials containing terbium were prepared by the method of blend doping and the in-situ polymerization. These materials were characterized by ultraviolet spectrameter (UV), fluorescence spectrameter (FS) and ESEM etc. The UV result revealed that the strength and width of UV absorption of PS material by the in-situ polymerization were higher than that of PS material by blend doping. The FS revealed that the materials by the in-situ polymerization exhibited strong characteristic luminescence of terbium ion. But there was only one peak which was attributed of the benzene ring in fluorescence spectrameter. ESEM result indicated there were some aggregations in PS material by blend doping method , but there was not aggregation in PS material by the in-situ polymerization , moreover, the material by the in-situ polymerization presented the uniform distribution.
