摘要
采用CFD软件对将脱硫后的净烟气导入冷却塔后的流场、速度场、压力场和温度场进行了数值模拟。在模拟过程中,建立了数学模型,采用基于雷诺时均方程的SST k-ω湍流模型封闭N-S方程对流体进行计算。通过对流动区域速度场、压力场和温度场的分析,开放口烟气排放方式优于排气室烟气排放方式,净烟气通过开放口排放和塔内壁及塔内构件接触的可能性相对更小,且发生的腐蚀和污染循环冷却水的可能性相对较小。
A CFD software was used to simulate the performance of cooling tower with exhaust gas injection. A mathematical mode was established for simulating the flow in cooling tower, the N-S equations are closed with SST κ-ω equations. By calculating and analyzing the contours of velocity, pressure and temperature, the flue is better than jaws in injecting the exhaust gas into cooling tower. The exhaust gas injected by flue doesn't touch with the wall and components of the cooling tower, the possibility of erosion and pollution is little.
