流化床垃圾焚烧技术及其污染物排放特性 被引量:8

摘要 中国的城市生活垃圾成分复杂、热值低,采用流化床垃圾焚烧技术是一种有效的途径。系统地分析流化床垃圾焚烧炉技术特点,包括锅炉的结构特点和焚烧污染物控制,以及垃圾和煤流化床混烧技术优势,特别是煤与垃圾相对于纯烧垃圾可以有效地抑制和减少二噁英的生成和排放。对一台300 t/d的煤和垃圾混烧的流化床锅炉的排放特性进行了测试和分析,试验结果表明对于低热值的城市生活垃圾,流化床焚烧技术性具有明显优势,垃圾流化床焚烧炉混烧煤的污染物排放完全可以达到国家标准要求。 According to Chinese MSW characteristics of complexity in composite and with low heat value, adoption of fluidized bed incinerator is an effective solution for the waste treatment. The technical characteristics of the fluidized bed incinerator were presented, including the structure features, pollutants control and advantages of co-firing MSW with coat, especially the inhibition mechanisms for the formation and control of PCDD/Fs. Also a test of a fluidized bed incinerator with the capacity of 300 ton per day were carried out, the test results show that such a fluidized bed incinerator has the good operation performance and its emissions satisfy with the national limits.
