摘要
国华电力公司600 MW亚临界锅炉水循环系统按投运3台炉水泵中的两台即能带满负荷进行设计,另一台泵作为备用。但为了避免两泵运行时一旦某泵突然故障而备用泵又无法正常启动,导致机组RB动作,所以CE公司技术资料推荐以3泵运行方式为宜,且目前国华各厂也基本都保持3台泵运行。为进一步做好节能降耗工作,在保证机组安全运行的前提下,就炉水泵"两投一备"运行方式的安全性、注意事项及技术措施等方面进行了详细分析。
The 600 MW subcritical boiler water circulation of Guohua Electric Power Co. is designed that the unit can work at full capacity as two-thirds of the pumps operating, another is standby. To avoid the standby pump can not operate when a pump out of work suddenly, which will cause to Run Back, the CE company advise that three pumps operate together, and all power plants of Guohua almost do it too. Try to do better on energy-saving, it analyzed safety, attention instructions and technical measures etc, as two-thirds of the pumps operating.
