丙烯酸-甲基丙烯酸共聚物的合成和吸湿性能 被引量:4

摘要 采用甲基丙烯酸(MAA)、丙烯酸(AA)为聚合单体,以亚硫酸氢钠-过硫酸铵为引发剂,采用水溶液聚合法制备了聚丙烯酸-甲基丙烯酸P(AA-MAA)。系统地研究了单体浓度、单体配比、反应温度等各项聚合条件对聚合物吸湿性能的影响。在T=20℃、RH=90%条件下,与传统的硅胶、分子筛等吸湿材料的吸湿性能进行了对比。结果表明,硅胶和分子筛在10h内已经逼近吸湿平衡点,而P(AA-MAA)的吸湿率明显>80%且仍未达到其最大吸湿容量。在吸湿性能测试的各个阶段,P(AA-MAA)的吸湿率是它们的5倍以上,明显优于传统的硅胶和分子筛。红外光谱分析证实了P(AA-MAA)共聚物的生成。 In this paper,poly(acrylate-co-methacrylate) was synthesized by solution polymerization, using N, N'- methylene bisacrylamide as the crossinglinking agent, sodium bisulfate and ammonium persulfate as the initiator. We have systematically studied the moisture absorption properties of the copolymer in different tempera- tures and humidities. We compared this copolymer with silica gel and molecular sieve under the condition of T= 20℃,RH=90%. Experimental results indicate that silica gel and molecular sieve have approached the hygroscopic balance point within 10 hours. Nevertheless, the moisture absorbency of poly(acrylate-co-methacrylate) was obviously more than 80% and has still not reached its maximum moisture absorption capacity. During the performance test,the absorption rate of the copolymer was above five times of silica gel and molecular sieve. Infrared spectroscopic analysis verifies the formation of copolymer.
