摘要
目的观察光动力治疗(PDT)对体外培养的人膀胱癌细胞的杀伤效应以及形态改变,同时探讨光敏剂(PhtofrinⅡ)浓度与杀伤效应的关系。方法将膀胱癌细胞(T-24)分组进行培养,扩增至一定数目后,加入光敏剂,然后用激光照射,绘制细胞生长曲线,观察PDT对肿瘤细胞生长的抑制情况,同时进行细胞形态学观察。结果癌细胞生长随光敏剂用药剂量不同而受到不同程度抑制;显微镜下见治疗后癌细胞结构受到破坏。结论体外光动力治疗可明显抑制膀胱癌细胞的增长,其效应与光敏剂浓度呈正相关。
Objective To study the effect of photodynamic therapy(PDT)on human bladder cancer cells in vitro,and to evaluate the relationship between effect of PDT and dosage of phtofrin Ⅱ.Methods Bladder cancer cells T-24 exposed to photofrinⅡ were treated with PDT.Cell growth curves were made.The inhibitory rate of cell growth and morphology of cells were analyzed.Results The cells in control group grew rapidly,while those in PDT-treated group were significantly inhibited.The structure of cells in PDT-treated group was damaged.Conclusion Growth of bladder cancer cells is significantly inhibited after PDT treatment.The effect of inhibition is positively related to PDT dosage.
