摘要
目的对红车轴草(Trifolium pratenseL.)全草乙醇提取物的化学成分进行研究。方法利用反复硅胶柱色谱、制备薄层、Sephadex LH-20、开放ODS柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化;根据理化性质及波谱分析对分离得到的化合物进行结构研究。结果分离得到16个化合物,分别鉴定为山槐素(maackiain,1)、槲皮素(quercetin,2)、pinitol(3)、水杨酸(salicylic acid,4)、毛蕊异黄酮-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucoside,5)、芒柄花素(formononetin,6)、山槐素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(tri-folirhizin,7)、鹰嘴豆芽素A-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(sissotrin,8)、大豆苷(daidzin,9)、染料木苷(genistin,10)、德鸢尾素(irilone,11)、鹰嘴豆芽素A(biochanin A,12)、染料木素(genistein,13)、红车轴草素(pratensein,14)、大豆素(daidzein,15)、芒柄花苷(ononin,16)。结论化合物3、4为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of dried whole plants of Trifolium pratense L.. Methods Compounds were isolated and purified repeatedly by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and ODS column chromatography and preparative TLC, and their chemical structures were elucidated by their physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. Results Sixteen compounds were obtained and identified as maackiain (1), quercetin (2), pinitol (3), salicylic acid (4), calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (1), formononetin (6), tri-folirhizin (7), sissotrin (8), daidzin (9), genistin (10), irilone ( 11 ), biochanin A ( 12 ), genistein (13), pratensein (14), daidzein (15), and ononin (16). Conclusions Compounds 3 and 4 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
