摘要 Ribonucleic Acid interference简称RNAi,是双链RNA(double stranded RNA,dsRNA)分子在mRNA水平上关闭相应序列及基因的表达使其沉默的过程。介绍了RNAi技术的定义及特征、发现历史、作用机制及其在植物基因功能研究与品质改良方面的应用。 Ribonueleie Acid interference referred to as RNAi, is the Process of make it silence which a double-stranded RNA(double stranded RNA, dsRNA)molecule in the the mRNA level to close the corresponding sequence and gene expression. This paper introduced that definition and characteristics of RNAi technology, the discovery history, the action mechanism and application of gene function research and quality improvement in plants.
