It is very outstanding that model study of crop water requirement, variable water-saving irrigation and water-saving irrigation technology research management in precision irrigation. This paper outlines the crop water requirement and its influencing factors, and also the research progress of crop water requirement, determination method of crop evapotranspiration and theoretical model study of crop water requirement.
