摘要
开发了一种在950℃工作条件下耐高温氧化的ZG20钢表面堆焊焊条WR-1。以渗铝、耐热涂层及母材为对照组,采用增重法,经100h4个加热周期的高温氧化试验,该焊条熔敷金属显示出良好的耐高温氧化性能,其氧化速度K′仅为对照组的1/8-1/16。高温氧化试验还显示,表面耐热涂层、渗铝、表面堆焊等各种保护措施在第1个加热周期中都是有效的,但是在继续加热的3个周期内,只有堆焊的试样有比较良好的抗氧化性能。
A heat-oxidation resistant surfacing electrode WR-1, which worked under 950 ℃ used for ZG20 steel, was developed. After 100h (4 cycle) high temperature oxidizing test, the deposit metal of the electrode showed better heat-oxidation resistance than that of aluminizing and refractory coating samples and base metals, the oxidizing speed K′ of WR-1 deposited metal was only 1/8-1/16 of that of contrasts. It was also showed that the surface protect methods such as aluminizing and refractory coating and cladding WR-1 were all effective in first heating cycle. But in next 3 heating periods, only cladding sample revealed a better heat-oxidation resistance.
