摘要 为提高制丝加工过程中的加料精度,对原加料装置中液位变送器因设计不合理而导致的精度控制差问题作了研究改进。进行了不同料液温度(30℃,50℃,70℃)下的加料精度对比试验,并对试验数据进行了方差分析。结果表明,改进方法从根本上消除了料液温度对液位变送器灵敏度的影响,显著提高了料液流量计的计量精度,达到了稳定产品质量的目的。 In order to improve the measures on the accuracy of feeding in the process of making cut tobacco, we made a research and improvement on the low controlling precision caused by unreasonable design of feeding device's level transmitter, we did an accuracy comparison experiment under different liquid temperature (30℃, 50℃, 70℃), and made a variance analysis on the experimental data. The results indicated the improvement of eliminating the liquid temperature effects on level transmitter had a fundamental effect. Also it promoted the accuracy of liquid flow meter and achieved the purpose of keeping the product quality good,
