石墨质探测器是在VD钢包精炼炉真空处理钢液过程中,用来监测钢渣在真空状态下翻腾程度及上升高度的一种检测工具,太原重工铸锻分公司炼钢厂经过一系列研究、试验后,确定了该探测器的材质及简捷的安装使用方法,使用后发现,该石墨质探测器完全能满足生产需求,具有使用寿命高等优点。

In this paper, we elaborated the necessity of protecting the interests of small and medium-sized shareholders. Through analyzing the current laws, rules and regulations of protecting the interests of small and medium-sized shareholder, we gave some suggestions on improving general meeting of shareholders＇ gathering systems and share value appraisal right of dissident shareholders, strengthening this part of legislation work, improving the company＇s management structure and promoting healthy and orderly development of economic.
